The Jamaican Hibiscus Drink with just FOUR ingredients

Water. Hibiscus. Ginger. Organic Cane Sugar.

That's It.

What's That Shape?

Sorrel (also called Agua de Jamaica, Bissap, Karkade, and more!) is made from steeping the flesh, or calyx, surrounding the hibiscus flower's seed pods in hot water. Technically, it's a tisane!

At Ms. Darling's Sorrel, we honor the true form of all our ingredients, which is why our logo uses the calyx instead of the hibiscus flower.

"Dark and Pretty"

My grandmother taught me that the mark of well-made sorrel comes from its beautiful, deep red color. Our sorrel is just that. Named in honor of my beloved grandmother, Ms. Darling’s Sorrel is an all-natural, preservative-free hibiscus and ginger drink.

It's floral and slightly tangy with a punch of ginger. It’s addictive to drink on its own and pairs wonderfully with a variety of spirits.
